"Forsaking ALLfor Him" that's what it's all about. Are you willing to give up everything you have for everything He has?
One of our senior guys, who will remain nameless, had a golf tournament last summer during camp. He still chose to go to camp and would go back and forth between the coarse and camp for a couple of days. I even forgot to pick him up one day for a few hours and he just sat there patiently waiting in the clubhouse. He had a pretty good tournament but a great camp. The young lad has grown up so much. I remember just last year when he sun burnt his feet so bad at camp they looked like Lobsters and he borrowed my shoes for those burning, blistered things.
After camp, somehow his clubs ended up in my car. I couldn't just let the opportunity to dominate him just sit there in my trunk. So once I got home, I made a sign and placed them in my driveway. I called him and told him I had his clubs and he exclaimed, "I'll be right over Big Guy." The clubs were only in my driveway for about 15 minutes. In that short period of time, there were at least 3 interested customers and a dozen strange stares. One guy even drove by twice.
When Michael drove up, no joke the car swerved over and he got out before it even stopped and went and grabbed them. It was classic and I had to share the story. And in case you didn't notice, he's no longer nameless.
